PANAMAX

Another slow Monday in the Panamax sector, with pressure said to be
mounting on rates in the East. For Pacific business, reports of NoPac

CAPESIZE
========
There was an extreme lack of business done in the Capesize sector today.
In the Atlantic and the Pacific, charterers appeared to be uninterested
in fixing and owners are facing both mounting tonnage and weakening
rates. For Atlantic voyage business, a Tubarao/Qingdao ore cargo paid
$18,00 for late August loading. The Pacific basin held steady on the lack
of direction, with $6,40 seen again for Dampie/Qingdao business on mid-

1200.
