Capital Maritime orders three new containerships – sources

According to brokers, Capital Maritime – led by Greek shipowner Vangelis Marinakis – has placed an order for three (+3) 1,800 TEU containerships at Hyundai Mipo.

Each newbuilding is believed to cost approximately USD 31 million and delivery of the vessels is expected 2023.
