On February 13, 2026, Capital Clean Energy Carriers Corp. announced plans to issue seven-year bonds in Greece with a total potential principal of up to €250 million and a minimum issuance of €200 million.
The issue will be conducted via a public offering to Greek investors, and the bonds are expected to trade on the Athens Stock Exchange’s Fixed Income Securities Segment, strengthening the company’s access to local debt markets while remaining off-limits to U.S. investors due to securities law restrictions.
