Yasa Shipping has reportedly acquired two Newcastlemax bulk carriers (204,950 dwt) from Rio Tinto Shipping.
RTM Drake has been renamed Yasa Drake, while RTM Tasman will be called Yasa Pioneer.
A sale price for the agreement remains undisclosed.
