Contships Logistics Corp, owned by Nikolas D. Pateras, recorded a 9% increase in its revenue in the nine-month period. Specifically, it reported revenue of 154 million dollars compared to 140.9 million in the first nine months of 2024.

It also pointed out that the prospects for the feeder containership sector in which it operates are positive.

It is noted that the company, which is the largest private feeder ship management company, successfully completed during the year the issuance of two bonds on the Oslo Stock Exchange, with a total value of 175 million dollars.

On October 9, 2025, the company paid a dividend of 20 million dollars to shareholders.

According to Contships analysis, the overall order book for container ships remains historically high, representing 15% of the number of ships and 32% of the TEU capacity, which will introduce significant new capacity of ships above 8,000 TEUs by 2026-27.

This will likely put downward pressure on prices once supply chain disruptions subside.

The feeder segment order book (ships below 3,000 TEUs) has seen a notable increase since March 2025, with the total number of ships on order increasing to 285 from 205, now accounting for 7% in terms of ship numbers.
