Denmark’s Zeaside Capital Partners has agreed to buy compatriot Alba Tankers in a bid to build a tanker platform.
The Copenhagen-based investment firm will take full control of Alba Tankers alongside a group of co-investors as it seeks to expand in the European chemical and clean petroleum products tanker market.
