Top Ships has earned its first revenues from entering the mega-yacht market.

The company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, announced net profits of $7.6 million for the first half of the year, compared to $1.9 million during the same period in 2024.

Revenue increased to $43.8 million from $42 million last year, while $3 million in expenses for dry-docking two ships in 2024 were not repeated this year.

In April 2025, the company received the mega-yacht Para Bellum, measuring 47 meters, built in 2023, which it had purchased for $20 million in 2024—marking its expansion into the luxury yacht market.

This yacht contributed $600,000 to Top Ships’ first-half revenue.

Meanwhile, the company has also acquired a second large yacht, measuring 60 meters, which it will receive in 2027.
