Efnav has placed an order for six kamsarmax bulk carriers at Hengli Heavy Industries.
The deal for the 82,000 dwt vessels is reported to be worth approximately USD 228 million. Deliveries are expected in the second half of 2026.
The vessels are of eco design, featuring energy-efficient systems to meet IMO emissions standards, and will comply with EEDI Phase 3 requirements.
