HD Hyundai Marine Solution Co., the ship repair unit of South Korea’s shipbuilding giant HD Hyundai, on Thursday reported its third-quarter net profit of 79.8 billion won (US$56 million), up 36.4 percent from a year earlier.
The company said in a regulatory filing that it posted 93.6 billion won in operating profit for the quarter, compared with 83.4 billion won a year ago. Sales rose 11.3 percent to 513.2 billion won.
