Minerva Gas, owned by Andreas A. Martinos, has signed a new, expanded Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) with HD Hyundai Marine Solution, strengthening the strategic cooperation between the two parties in the field of LNG carrier management.
The agreement now covers five LNG vessels with HiMSEN auxiliary engines, expanding the initial LTSA of 2022, which concerned three vessels.
It includes long-term maintenance, ongoing technical support, performance monitoring and a guaranteed supply of critical spare parts until 2031.
Through advanced data analysis tools, remote diagnostics and specialized technical support, the agreement aims to reduce unplanned downtime, improve efficiency and ensure the long-term operational stability of Minerva Gas’s LNG fleet.
It is worth noting that the company’s fleet consists exclusively of high-capacity 5th generation LNG Carriers, with modern two-stroke dual-fuel engines.
