Kyklades Maritime Corporation, controlled by the Alafouzos family and led by Giannis Alafouzos, has strengthened its fleet with the delivery of the newly built Suezmax tanker Nissos Delos.
The vessel was constructed at the shipyard of Japan Marine United Corporation (TSU yard), marking another milestone in the company’s fleet renewal and quality upgrade strategy. As noted, the investment forms part of a broader development plan aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and adopting modern technologies.
Management expressed its appreciation to the shipyard and partners for the successful completion of the project, highlighting the importance of collaboration. The Nissos Delos is expected to start operating immediately. It is noted that the company recently took delivery of the Suezmax tankers Nissos Piperi and Nissos Serifopoula.
