The COSCO tanker Rong Hua Wan was docked at the floating dry dock of the ship repair zone of Piraeus Port Authority S.A. (PPA), whose CEO is Mr. Su Xudong, where final repair works were carried out prior to its return to service.
During the vessel’s stay—measuring 114.92 meters in length and 20 meters in beam—PPA’s competent services provided comprehensive port and marine support, ensuring smooth coordination of operations and business continuity. The collaboration among the teams involved is considered instrumental in meeting project timelines and successfully completing the vessel’s repair works.
According to PPA S.A., the ship repair zone maintained high levels of activity in 2025, despite a 7.2% decline in total revenues, attributable to the four-month maintenance of one of the dry docks.
