Hafnia Limited has agreed to acquire 1,700,000 A shares in TORM plc at a price per share of USD 34.00, representing 1.66% of the issued and outstanding share capital of TORM as of the date hereof.
Upon completion of this acquisition, Hafnia will hold approximately 19.85% of the issued and outstanding share capital of TORM. Hafnia will purchase the shares using cash on hand and its available credit facilities.
