Citing shipbuilding sources, TradeWinds reports Alpha Bulkers Shipmanagement has contracted Hengli Heavy Industry to build two 181,000-dwt capesizes for delivery in 2028.
A source told the news outlet that the Chinese yard sold several capesize berths last month, and two of the slots were secured by Alpha Bulkers.
