Avance Gas has raised ‘very attractive long-term financing’ for the last two vessels in its series of six 91,000 cbm-capacity carriers that can operate on LPG.
Avance Gas has signed an aggregate $135 million sales leaseback agreement with Bocomm Leasing for the financing of Avance Castor and Avance Pollux.
The agreement completes the financing of Avance Gas’ newbuild programme and is expected to release around $39 million in net cash at delivery.
The Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME) shipyards will build the vessels. The vessels are scheduled for delivery in Q4 2023 and Q1 2024.
