Byzantine Maritime has reportedly ordered two 40,000 dwt LPG vessels from the HD Hyundai Heavy Industries shipyard in South Korea, returning to the market after a six-year absence.
The size of the two newbuildings has not been disclosed by the South Korean shipyard, but TradeWinds reports that the vessels will be 40,000 bcm in capacity, with a value of around USD 79 million per vessel.
