Diana Shipping Announces Sale of Capesize Bulker m/v Boston

Diana Shipping, a global shipping company specializing in the ownership and bareboat charter-in of dry bulk vessels, announced that it has signed, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, a Memorandum of Agreement to sell to an unaffiliated third party, the 2007-built vessel “Boston”, with delivery to the buyer latest by December 20, 2023, for a net sale price of approximately US$18 million.
