DOF Group ASA has successfully priced a 5-year USD 150 million senior unsecured bond. The Bonds will carry a fixed coupon of 8.125% p.a., payable semi-annually.
The net proceeds from the bond issue shall be applied to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes. An application will be made to list the Bonds on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
