EXMAR is pleased to announce that it has concluded multiple agreements for the sale of three midsize gas carriers—KORTRIJK, WEPION, and KRUIBEKE—as well as two fully pressurized vessels, JOAN and ELISABETH. These transactions are an important step in EXMAR’s ongoing fleet renewal strategy, focused on maintaining a modern and efficient fleet.
The transfer of the vessels to their new owners will be completed during the second half of 2026 and the first half of 2027. The combined transactions are expected to generate a profit of USD 35 million, compared to the vessels’ book value and relative to EXMAR’s ownership interest.
