Fednav and V6 Agronomy sign Memorandum of Understanding

Fednav International Ltd., an international leading dry bulk shipping company headquartered in Canada, and V6 Agronomy Inc. (“V6”), a Canadian agribusiness company, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) outlining a longterm collaboration to support the transportation of phosphate into the Canadian Great Lakes. Under the agreement, Fednav will provide shipping services for phosphate cargoes originating from Europe and North Africa and destined for the Port of Johnstown, Ontario, supporting V6’s supply chain and downstream agricultural activities. The MOU establishes a framework for cooperation focused on reliability, operational efficiency, and longterm planning.
