Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA announced that the refinancing of the vessel Energy Swan has now been completed on terms aligned with the financing structure previously established for the rest of the fleet. This marks the completion of the full refinancing of the Company’s fleet.
In connection with the refinancing, bond NO0011159543 has been fully repaid.
