Heidmar Maritime Holdings Corp. announced that the Memorandum of Agreement announced on July 7, 2025 in respect of the acquisition of C/V A. Obelix, has been mutually terminated in accordance with the terms therein.
The deposit paid has been returned to the company, and there is no financial impact to the Company.
