Maran Dry sells two oldest capesize bulkers to Lila Global

Lila Global has bought the two oldest capesize bulk carriers of the Maran Dry Management fleet.

Citing sources close to Lila Global, TradeWinds reported the company sealed a deal to buy Maran Dry’s 172,000-dwt sister ships Maran Odyssey and Maran Sailor (both built 2006) at an undisclosed price.

Reports suggest the value of each vessel is approximately USD 19 million.
