MSC launches $700m Gram offer

A tender offer for a subsidiary of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company to acquire Gram Car Carriers was launched following the final approach ascent and gaining stock exchange approval.

The purchase price approximates a total of $728 million. Investors will have a month to decide on the offer. MSC explained that it is looking to expand using its global logistics expertise and footprint.
