According to a relevant filing, Ningbo Ocean Shipping Co (NBOSCO) is investing in four firm 1,900 TEU containerships, which carry options for two more vessels.
The company’s overall newbuilding plan amounts to a maximum of USD 390 million in total, which also includes containers, with the shipbuilding part of the deal worth USD 246 million.
