According to industry sources, Pavimar has ordered four Kamsarmax vessels from a Chinese shipyard.
Specifically, the shipyard tasked with the construction of the four vessels is Hengli Heavy Industries, with a delivery schedule extending through 2029.
The estimated value for each vessel ranges between $37.5 million and $38.5 million USD.
Pavimar currently manages a fleet of 23 bulk carriers, ranging from Handysize to Capesize vessels, with Panamax and Kamsarmax ships forming its core segment.
