Clear Ocean Partners (“COP”) and Pelagic Partners (“Pelagic”), the two largest shareholders of Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (the “Company”, together with its consolidated subsidiaries “the Group”), announce that they have initiated a strategic review relating to their investment in the Company.
As part of the strategic review, COP and Pelagic will evaluate a broad range of options including potentially a sale of their shareholding in the Company and/or other strategic transactions.
In connection with the strategic review, COP and Pelagic have engaged Clarksons Securities AS as financial advisor and Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma AS as legal advisor.
