Pelagic Partners: Charter deal with International Seaways

Pelagic Partners has reached agreement to charter an LR1 tanker vessel to International Seaways.

Specifically, the 2009-built Pelagic Turbot (73,400 dwt) has been fixed long-term to International Seaways.
