The Piraeus Port Authority (PPA) welcomed a delegation of professionals from China’s ports, shipping and logistics sectors as part of a knowledge and experience exchange programme.
The visit took place within the framework of the 3rd Advanced Training Programme in Innovative Management for Senior Port and Shipping Executives, organised by Shanghai Maritime University. The delegation was welcomed by senior PPA executives, including chairman Han Chao, who presented the participants with an overview of the operations, infrastructure and management practices of Greece’s largest port.
The initiative gave the visitors an opportunity to gain first-hand insight into Piraeus’ operating model.
