Robin Energy Ltd. announced strong revenue growth in the fourth quarter of 2025, reflecting the growth phase it is in.
Total vessel revenue amounted to 4.3 million dollars, up 230.8% year-on-year, while net loss was limited to 0.7 million dollars. At an operating level, the company recorded profits of 0.4 million, compared to losses in the same period last year, with adjusted EBITDA increasing to 1.4 million dollars.
On an annual basis, revenues totaled 9.9 million dollars (+45.6%), with a marginal net loss. Capital movements played a decisive role in liquidity, such as the raising of 7 million dollars through a direct offering and 14.8 million dollars through an ATM program.
At the same time, the company strengthened its fleet with two LPG carriers and proceeded with a strategic placement of 5 million dollars in Bitcoin.
