Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding, a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), and Schoeller Holdings have signed a construction contract for two 1,900 TEU container ships of the “Honghu” series.
The “Honghu” Series 1,900TEU container ship is independently developed by Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding. The ship is designed with the characteristics of feeder shipping in mind, offering multiple advantages such as high efficiency, environmental friendliness, and flexibility, and is well suited to meet customer operational needs on different routes, making it highly favored by the market.
