Seacon expands fleet through en-bloc transaction

Seacon Shipping Group Holdings has announced the acquisition of seven mini bulk carrier vessels from Baltic Shipping’s subsidiaries, with the total transaction valued at approximately EUR 63.7 million.

This acquisition is considered a discloseable transaction under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, potentially enhancing Seacon’s operational capacity and competitive positioning in the shipping industry.
