Seanergy Maritime Holdings announced its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2024. The Company also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share for the second quarter of 2024 and announced an updated dividend policy targeting the distribution of approximately 50% of operating cash flow after debt service.
