Ventura Offshore Holding announced the execution of a contract amendment with our customers Searah West Ganal Limited and Searah Ganal Deepwater Limited (both subsidiaries of Searah Limited, a joint venture Company between Eni and PETRONAS), covering the drilling of the JKNE Upside-1 Dir well by our semisubmersible drilling rig, SSV Catarina.
This well, which is in addition to the four optional wells exercised previously, further increases the firm backlog of the Company by approximately $21.7 million and is expected to keep the rig utilized into December 2026.
