The Angelicoussis Group is moving forward with the expansion of its LNG carrier fleet through the delivery of the Danuta Siedzikowna Inka and Rotmistrz Witold Pilecki, the fifth and sixth vessels out of a total of 13 currently under construction at Hanwha Ocean shipyards on behalf of Maran Gas Maritime.
With a capacity of 174,000 cbm, the new vessels incorporate advanced technologies, ensuring high energy efficiency and reduced emissions. Both LNG carriers are being delivered to Poland’s Orlen under long-term charter agreements, further strengthening the strategic partnership between the two parties.
Group CEO Maria Angelicoussis highlighted the importance of investing in a modern and environmentally efficient fleet, underscoring the company’s role in the global LNG market.
