Wilhelmsen Ship Management moves JV from Cyprus to Athens

The relocation of Diana Wilhelmsen Management Limited (DWM) from Cyprus to Athens was announced by Wilhelmsen Ship Management (WSM).

Wilhelmsen Ship Management, a company of the Wilhelmsen group, is one of the largest ship management companies in the world with a portfolio of over 450 ships and 9,200 seafarers.

DWM was founded in 2015 as a 50-50% joint venture with Diana Shipping Inc. The object of the company is the provision of technical management services to shipowners with emphasis on dry cargo ships and container transport.

The move is part of WSM’s growth strategy, looking forward to expanding its fleet to provide management services to shipowners.
